It wasn’t until the second half of Salone that I started looking up from the tables and seeing the public as just as much a part of this crazy series of events. But on the fifth day, there needed to be a little rest. Note to anyone in exhibition design: the best way to make someone want to stay at your space is to understand the craziness of the whole context that you are presenting in and react positively, because all the bells and whistles and attention getting ploys only made me want to move along faster.
